The products in the experience are all organic as far as possible and sourced in collaboration with Culinary Sydfyn with a focus on local food producers from the region.

The menu depends on the possibilities offered by the season and what the organizer complements with locally produced food. All seasons offer something exciting and challenging, which is why many also return at other times of the year.
