**Rules when renting a kayak: **
**These “Kayak Rental Rules” stated above are signed by you as the renter before handing over the kayak and equipment. **
A kayak for hire, typically a Point 65 model Jack or Buccaneer:Lifeplan Kayak & Outdoor
We also have Point65 Whisky16 Rocker for the more experienced rowers for an extra 100 DKK per day.
**Additional terms and conditions of purchase and rental: **
1. Confirmation
When you agree to these Terms of Purchase, a binding agreement is created. Upon receipt of the order, an order confirmation will be automatically sent by email with information about the order. However, Lifeplan Kajak & Friluftliv reserves the right to cancel the order, in the event that the inventory was incorrect at the time of the customer's order. If Lifeplan Kayak & Friluftliv does not deliver on the order confirmation, the customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel the order.
2. Age limit
You must be at least 18 years of age when renting a kayak.
3. Prices and order amounts
All prices on Lifeplan Kajak & Friluftslivs website are stated in Danish kroner, DKK including VAT and exclusive freight. The maximum allowable order amount is DKK 150,000.
4. Payment
There are three possible ways to pay:
1. Pay by bank transfer to Lifeplan Kayak Rental Bank Account in Sydbank
2. Payment via MobilPay to +45 60723900
3. Card payment. We receive Dankort, Visa and Master.
When paying by card, the card number, the expiration date of the card and the CVC are given. Payment is made via ePay, which is certified and thus meets all security requirements when it comes to bank and credit card transactions. Through ePay, Lifeplan Kayak Rental is ensured fraud monitoring.
The total amount of the order will be deducted directly to your account.
5. Delivery
All items are shipped with PostNord or another shipping company.
Packages, up to 10 kg, are delivered either to your home, if you have a flexible arrangement, or at the nearest post office, e.g. your local grocery store and you pick it up at a time that suits you when you receive an email or text message about it. You always show your ID when picking up the package.
Bulky cargo can be delivered according to agreement where the customer wishes.
Rental kayaks are delivered to the port or an on-site location as indicated by the website. Can also be arranged by phone before delivery.
6. Delivery costs
We deliver kayaks throughout Denmark for 500 kr. For the delivery of products and accessories with an order value exceeding DKK 2000, free of charge (excluding kayaks). For delivery of accessories up to 2000 DKK, the freight is 95 kr.
7. Delivery Time
We will ship your order within 3-5 working days, however around the holidays it may take a little longer. If the order contains an ordered item or product on commission with direct delivery from the manufacturer, a longer delivery time should be expected, sometimes between 15-30 days.
9. Delayed Delivery
If Lifeplan Kajak & Friluftliv fails to deliver the ordered products within the delivery time stated above, you have the right to cancel the order. The amount will then be returned to your account. In case of delayed delivery, proposals for a new delivery time may be offered, if you do not agree to this, you have the full right to cancel the purchase.
10. Right of cancellation/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, payment and transfer of booking
When booking and paying for an experience at Kayak og Friluftliv, the purchase is binding. Once payment has been made, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
Experiences often require planning and preparation, which comes at a cost. Therefore, it is not possible to get the money back in case of cancellation, no-show or illness.
Transfer of Booking
If you are prevented from attending, you have the option to pass your booking on to a third party. This assumes that Kayak and Friluftliv are informed about this prior to the experience by sending an email with information about the new participant to: 📧 point65denmark@gmail.com
It is your responsibility to ensure that the new entrant meets any requirements for the experience and receives relevant information.
Special conditions
Some experiences may have special conditions, e.g. for overnight stays or experiences with long preparation time. Any special rules will be listed under Rules and Security on each experience's product page.
11. Complaints
If the product is damaged, you must send a complaint to point65denmark@gmail.com within 14 days. The item must be packaged as on receipt and sent back with the return form. The return freight will be paid by you as the customer and will be replaced by an approved complaint. Always keep the tracking number on the shipment, we take no responsibility for the transport risk of return shipping.
24 months warranty on all products purchased through the website.

12. Transport damage
Transportation damage related to kayaks, it is important that you, as a customer, check the item carefully before accepting the receipt. Note any damage to packaging and take a photograph. If a damage is detected upon receipt, do not undepreciate the consignment note and make a detailed description of the observed damages on the consignment note. Please contact our customer service immediately at point65denmark@gmail.com. In the event that the freight is approved on the waybill by signature, Lifeplan Kajak & Friluftliv disclaims any liability for the damage.
13. Uncollected Shipments
Order shipments remain at the parcel delivery point for 14 days and are then returned. When the prepaid items are returned, it is up to you as a customer to contact Lifeplan Kajak & Friluftliv to get a new delivery or to have the amount refunded.
14. Privacy Policy
When you submit an order to Lifeplan Kayak & Friluftliv, your personal information is recorded in our data system. In accordance with the Personal Data Act, you must consent and consent for us to record your information, which you do when you approve and submit your order.
Lifeplan Kayak & Outdoor Life understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. Lifeplan Kayak & Outdoor will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.

16. Dispute
Lifeplan Kayak & Friluftliv follows the Consumer Complaints Board's recommendation in any dispute.
**17. Force Majure
Lifeplan Kayak & Friluftliv disclaims any obligation to fulfill its part of the contract and the obligation to pay compensation in the event of war, riots, blockades, fire, explosion, or the intervention of a public authority as Lifeplan Kayak & Friluftslivikke could have foreseen. Lifeplan Kayak & Outdoor Recreation is not responsible for damages caused by legislation, government action, war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockout or other similar circumstances. The reservation with respect to strikes, blockades, boycotts and lockouts also applies if Lifeplan Kayak & Friluftlivet is subject to, or carries out, such measures. Lifeplan Kayak & Friluftlivet is not obliged to compensate for damages if Lifeplan Kayak & Friluftlivet has exercised normal care and care. Lifeplan Kayak & Friluftlivet is not liable, under any circumstances, for indirect damages.
