Cancellation, Payment and Transfer of Booking

When booking and paying for an experience at Kayak and Outdoors, the purchase is binding. Once payment is made, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded, for whatever reason.

Experiences often require planning and preparation, which comes at a cost. Therefore, it is not possible to get the money back in case of cancellation, no-show or illness.

Transfer of Booking

If you are prevented from attending, you have the option to pass on your booking to a 3rd party. This assumes that Kayak and Outdoor Recreation is informed of this prior to the experience by sending an email with information about the new participant to: 📧 ** point65denmark@gmail.com **

It is your responsibility to ensure that the new entrant meets any requirements for the experience and receives relevant information.

Special Conditions

Some experiences may have special conditions, e.g. for overnight stays or experiences with long preparation time. Any special rules will be listed under Rules and Safety on each experience's product page.
